PEARMAN PERSONALITY INTEGRATOR
The Pearman Personality Integrator assesses one's personality and mental function. Mental Function is a unique blend of characteristic patterns of thoughts and behaviors in regards to how we take in information (perceiving) and make decisions (judging). A person's well-being depends largely on their mental functions, and flex among these to be successful. This framework provides a complete look at an individual's personality, and can lead to effective strategies for managing your work, and your life.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (EQi)
Emotional intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that collectively establish how well we: perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way. Over the years, it has created quite a buzz in organizations, communities, and even politics for good reason; it is the most accurate predictor of success in life and work. Even more so than IQ!
MYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR (MBTI)
MBTI makes the theory of psychological types described by C.G. Jung understandable and useful. The essence of this theory is seemingly random variation in behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent. This is due to basic differences in the way individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment. The assessment itself takes less than 30 minutes to complete and will produce an introspective report customized to you.
POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE (PQ)
Mental fitness is our minds capacity to respond to life’s challenges with positive rather than negative mindset. The lasting impact of building your mental fitness muscle will increase your peak performance, peace of mind & wellness, and guide you towards healthier relationships. The PQ 7-week program is based on the concepts in the best selling book Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine. You will learn how to flex the 3 core muscles at the root of mental fitness for lasting results in both your personal and professional life.
PERSONALITY & STRESS
We often don't look like ourselves when we are stressed. We night be overwhelmed with analysis paralysis, make rash decisions that seem cold, or communicate in a way that comes across as umemphatic. In this workshop, learn how individual personality plays into what causes us stress, how to communicate when we are in the 'grip,' and overcome stress. Good for both individuals and teams.

Different people approach decision making very differently. How we take in information is a key component in any decision. In this workshop, learn how personality integrates into decision making, increase our understanding about ourselves, and break down how teams make decisions.
